Starting Crafting Quests

The Master Crafters you will need to meet are Millenith or Daniel Telleno.  You can find them located at: 

Vulkhel Guard, the port city at the southern tip of Auridon.
Daggerfall, the largest city in Glenumbra, is at the southwest end of the peninsula.
Davon's Watch, the city in northeastern Stonefalls.
Vivic City, located on the island of Morrowind. 

Upon reaching level six, notices will appear on the notice boards stating the master crafters are looking to share their knowledge for free to interested people.  Millenith is in the Fighter's Guild will instruct you in blacksmithing, clothing, and woodworking.  Daniel in the Mage's Guild, offers to teach alchemy, enchanting, and provisioning.  Jewelry crafting is something you receive when purchasing the Summerset expansion. 

Please note, the master crafters do not appear until you reach level 6 and the quest begins.  You can only have one certification quest at a time and if you are not getting the dialogue options you will need to check your journal.  During the first of Millenith' s quests allows you to unlock the achievement Apprentice Crafting Harvester.
