Knitting needles are clicking!

Just as with Blacksmithing, Clothing is used to create and Medium Armor.  The supplies you need to craft clothing is found off of different things in the environment.  Crafting experience is known as "Inspiration" and the only way to boost this type of experience is by: 

o    10% for having an ESO Plus Membership

o    20% “Inspiration Boost” Champion Point Passive (acquired by spending 30 CP in the “Tower” CP tree, so you need to have 90 CP)
 

Refining different hides and scraps, along with deconstructing, allows you to build your crafting experience.  Looking at various bookshelves around the land also allows one to find books on clothing, which raises inspiration.
